    They now have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their Supply Chain Team based at Wetherill Park.

    The role

    Our Customer Service Team report through to the Sales and Operations Planner in recognition of their key role in our supply chain process.

    Working Closely With Production, Quality And Sales, The Team Work Together To Provide a Superior Service Level To Our Customers At All Times Including
    • Receive, process and update customer orders via email, phone and fax.
    • Handle all sales and service related telephone and internet enquiries relating to orders, credits, deliveries and other relevant information.
    • Confirm all deliveries or credits within the system on a daily basis
    The candidate

    We're Looking For Your Strong Customer Service Focus, Prior Experience Working In a Business To Business Supply Chain Environment, Along With The Following
    • Strong people skills and the ability to work with cross functional departments
    • High energy levels and demanding work standards, sense of urgency
    • Attention to detail and strong time management
    • "Can do" attitude and self-motivated
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident speaking with customers
    • Good at problem solving and works well under pressure
    • Team player and ability to work with a shared CS email inbox
    • Experienced with an ERP system
    • Good computer skills across Microsoft range of packages, comfortable working with excel spreadsheets
    • Commitment to Site Safety Regulations
