The work undertaken here covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the firm through the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our tech capabilities.

As a Cloud Support Engineer- Senior Associate in ourCloud Services Data Platformteam your impact will be seen by:

• Demonstrating high troubleshooting experience whilst having the ability to resolve incidents in stage and production environments whilst providing end user support
  
• Must have experience in managing Azure or AWS resources
  
• Demonstrating knowledge of at least one container technology such as Docker and one database technology such as MySQL, MS-SQL or Postgresql and
  
• Possessing knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, VSTS, Jenkins, Github or Gitlab
  
• Must have strong Linux System Administration experience and demonstrating an understanding in at least one development language such as Java, Perl, PHP or Python
  
• Possessing experience in configuration management and IaaC tools across a multi-platform estate such as Ansible, Puppet or Terraform are highly desired.
  
• Experience with Hortonworks Data Platform, RabbitMQ,Snaplogic, Tableau and Alteryx are highly desired.
  
  
  

About you
 

You have a background in client support and are skilled in Troubleshooting, Cloud, Data Applications, Database Administration and have a keen interest in Data Analytics whilst demonstrating great communication skills and having the ability to drive continuous performance improvements with key stakeholders, vendors and technology subject matter specialists.
