The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Services Adviserwithin the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA).The role reports to the Manager Communications and DigitalServices. The Senior Digital Services Adviser is part of the Communicationand Digital Services Unit. This team operates in a dynamic andfast-paced environment to deliver media, communication and digitalservices across PIRSA. This position acts as a team leader for theDigital Services team and directly manages planning andcoordination of the team’s workload, including providingdirection and leadership to the team. The role contributes to the agency’s priorities andobjectives by ensuring information and services are accessible,searchable and easy to interact with. The Senior Digital Services Adviser is expected to have strongproject leadership, planning and organisational skills,problem-solving skills and an ability to use good judgement andexpertise under limited guidance. Exceptional skills and experience are required in digital userexperience, digital service standards and the management of digitalservices and channels, web publishing and content managementsystems, as well as management capabilities. The position works closely with the broader Communication andDigital Services Unit and Senior Digital Communications Adviser todeliver best practice digital communications.
