An exciting new and rare opportunity has become available for a highly organised and results driven individual to join the Group IT Operations team as an Administration Manager – Group IT Operations. This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is a true problem solver, enjoys variety and has a passion to deliver exceptional standards in their work.

This role gives key support to the Group General Manager – Group IT Operations with various tasks while also coordinating administration for the Senior Management Team. In such a busy environment, your experience with diary management and ability to multi-task and keep abreast of business challenges will ensure deadlines are met. Operating in both an individual and management capacity with the Administration Coordinator – Group IT Operations reporting into this position, it will require a proactive individual with the ability to delegate.

The position is pivotal in ensuring continuity for the Group IT Operations Department while managing day to day operational support, escalations and liaising with stakeholders to maintain business operations.
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Senior Administrator/Personal Administration/Office Management role within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication
  • Significant experience with diary management and the coordination of meetings and preparing correspondence at executive/board level
  • Ability to work in demanding situations with commitment to deadlines and timeliness activities
  • Confident with monthly reconciliation, managing P&L statements and overall financial management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suites with the ability to learn new systems

The successful candidate is required to obtain a National Police Clearance and Casino License from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries.
