Do work that matters

Property Finance manages business customers specialising in the property sector with business facilities ranging from $10,000,000 to $150,000,000.

The management of customers within this area is portfolio based. Credit Analysts are allocated to portfolios based upon the level of knowledge and expertise required to deliver service levels appropriate to the complexity of customer need.

Each portfolio generally consists of a Director who has ultimate responsibility for the portfolio, an Associate Director, Senior Credit Analyst and a Credit Analyst. The Credit Analyst role provides direct support to the Director and & Associate Director.

More Specifically, And Amongst Other Things, You Will

  • Prepare basic credit submissions.
  • Undertake basic financial analysis (drawing conclusions).
  • Maintain portfolio credit quality.
  • Undertake systems data entry into lending related systems
  • Complete annual reviews.
  • Monitor loan covenant adherence.
  • Ensure all statutory & bank compliance requirements adhered to and maintained.
  • Provide general customer management and relationship support to clients.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of business structures.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Law as it applies to company / partnership lending.
  • Full knowledge/understanding of CCC and how it applies to consumer lending.
  • Knowledge of processing of consumer and business applications from start to finish.
  • Developed understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
  • Ability to work in a high pressured team environment.
  • Full knowledge of Bankwest products / services and policies / procedures is a great advantage
