Marketing Together is a well-established marketing and advertising company that has been operating for over 10 years. We are based in Burleigh and manage thousands of clients in Australia and New Zealand using a web-based Customer Relations Management system (CRM) and accounting software.

The right candidate will have a proven ability to handle conflict, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to listen and solve problems. You will need to think laterally and be prepared to take on more responsibilities over time.

You must be confident and well organised and have at least 2 years of proven customer service experience. Some exposure to legal terminology would be an advantage.

The role also requires a high degree of accuracy to assist the accounts department in processing contracts and completing detailed notes on the CRM regarding customer service problems and solutions.

Our office provides a young and friendly work environment and the role requires the ability to work as a team liaising with a number of other staff members to resolve issues.

Intermediate to high computer skills are required and the ability to work with Apple Mac and Google systems is preferred.
