Transport Allocator

Busy Transport/Logistics company situated in Revesby is seeking an experienced and competent person to join our team. You will need a good attention to detail and whilst providing excellent customer service.

Duties include:

• Booking time slots at wharf and empty parks

• Entry to Freightraker computer program

• Telephone interaction with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customers

• · Monitoring FCL cargo availabilities

• · Allocating jobs for a small fleet

You will need two display the following attributes:

• · Professional manner and approach to work

• · A proactive approach to get the job done

• · A willingness to assist

• · Well mannered with good communication skills

• · Ability to work unsupervised

The position reports to National Operations Manager

Expected Start Date: 23/02/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
