They are part of the wider Marketing team and work closely with a myriad of team members to seamlessly coordinate the end to end campaign management across Sephora’s own channels.   • Maintaining the internal marketing calendar, ensuring all relevant activity is featured.
  • Assisting in campaign planning, management and execution of thematic campaigns, effectively working with all necessary specialty teams and programs.
  • Assisting in the campaign planning, management and execution of marketing campaigns across all marketing functions.
  • Assisting with the end to end process for securing deluxe samples from brand partners, working closely with the E-Commerce team to ensure campaigns are executed to brief.
  • Coordinating the rollout of all brand partner marketing activity including, brand launches, digital campaigns and event assistance. Liaising with both brand partners and internal teams to ensure asset delivery, supporting documents and execution are all managed to brief.
  • Working with the E-Commerce team to develop clear and concise creative briefs for our regional design team and local design agency
  • Monitoring and reporting on all brand marketing activity.
  • Being a part of the marketing team working closely alongside the E-Commerce Coordinator and Events Executive to execute multi-channel campaigns.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications within a Business and/or Marketing discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in campaign execution or marketing.
  • Demonstrated good attention to detail, time management and personal organisation skills
  • Experience in event management a plus
  • Excellent understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing trends
