About the Opportunity

This position within the Legal and Governance team here at DPIE, will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel and the Executive Director, Governance; providing a range of confidential executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of complex issues to help them achieve organisational objectives. You will work closely with another EA, admin staff and the Director of Operations as part of the broader Practice Management team. This role offers a wide variety of work including equipment and event management, communication, reporting and working on a number of small projects.

About You

You will have proven experience supporting senior level executives with diary management and document control. With an ability to forecast work, your success will be enhanced by your brilliant relationship and stakeholder management skills will enable you to form strong relationships with your immediate team and support teams. You will ideally have experience supporting multiple stakeholders at any one time and will be well versed in juggling conflicting priorities whilst maintaining consistently high levels of support.

Strong written and verbal communication is critical. As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to complete work tasks, interviews and / or assessments to test this and other key capabilities as per the role description.

You will also be required to have strong technology capabilities and be confident using available technology to both improve individual performance and drive operational efficiency within the team.
