ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Technology and Innovation Manager within our Customer Solutions Group your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Administer the technology subscriptions for our customers assets
- Respond promptly to customer subscription enquiries and technical issues
- Ensure all equipment is registered prior to distribution to the customer
- Maintain the CRM with all subscription related information
- Liaise with our Equipment Sales, Product Support, Customer Support teams
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have the following experience and attributes:
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with experience using a CRM
- Proven experience in an office administration/coordination role
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team
- Understands the importance of maintaining confidential information
- Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
