ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support the wider William Adams Product Support Parts & Service team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues and ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Heavy fabrication and welding
• Air-arc gouging
• Welding with Flux cored wire
• Working with Bisalloy and cast steels
• Straightening of heavy components
• Service reporting – job completion paperwork
• New product manufacturing
• General workshop duties and technical guidance and support for apprentices

ABOUT YOU

You will be a good communicator, with a great attitude and loads of drive and have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Experience within the earthmoving industry
• Current Forklift license
• The ability to work unsupervised on site as required
• High attention to detail
• High focus on safety
