Engagement and Implementation Officer - Reimagining City Life
- Deliver the Reimagining City Life improvement program
- Permanent full-time with flexible hours, Werribee-based (initially remote)
- Salary from $101,000 plus 10% super and fortnightly RDO

A bit about the role
The Reimagining City Life Program is about working together on positive changes to support the community to live their best lives in Wyndham. Covid-19 pandemic has presented City Life with extraordinary challenges as well as a unique opportunity to reimagine our future and to adapt our community and human services.
This newly created and exciting role will see you implement these initiatives and adaptations for the Reimagining City Life Program and provide support strategic and operational support to the office of the Director of City Life.
What you’ll deliver
- Facilitate strategic communications, special projects and staff engagement for Reimagining City Life and the Office of the Director of City Life
- Deliver internal communications to support improved culture, operating environment
- Deliver priority projects under the Office of the Director of City Life and the Reimagining City Life program and effectively and efficiently manage administrative systems, procedures and processes
- Investigate funding opportunities and program attraction relevant to the delivery of the
- City Life program and directorate priorities in responding to community needs
What you’ll bring
- Project Management, and administrative support skills and experience.
- Well-developed interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability
- deal with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Background in working with governments and community services in developing and implementing plans and projects.
- Research, analytical, problem solving skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise information for a range of audiences
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as, Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences,
- and Engagement, or Community Development
- A positive, curious and flexible mind
