About The Role

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be required to provide a professional level of service in all administrative based duties. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per shift with varied rostered hours.

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Greet and check in all patients for consultations
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Enter all demographic information

Skills And Experience
  • Experience and proficiency with medical software (Genie)
  • Solid experience in Medicare and private health fund claims
  • Previous experience in medical reception/administration
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
  • Has strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
