We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be required to provide a professional level of service in all administrative based duties. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per shift with varied rostered hours.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls
- Direct calls to appropriate staff
- Greet and check in all patients for consultations
- Schedule patient appointments
- Enter all demographic information
- Experience and proficiency with medical software (Genie)
- Solid experience in Medicare and private health fund claims
- Previous experience in medical reception/administration
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
- Has strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
