For some, it can be challenging trying to develop new business opportunities. For you, it’s where you thrive. You will develop prospects and work with current clients and enhancing their customer experience and digital footprint through brand, UX, web development and integrated marketing.
What your role looks like at Plural
You have the passion, grace and entrepreneurial mindset to drive new business through to our team by:
- Actively manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close byidentifying new potential customers and nurturing them into our agency’s products and services with find cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
- Proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying and exploring new potential business opportunities through email campaigns, cold-calling, networking and referrals
- Working closely with other team members in order to determine project scope and prepare proposals and tenders in line with project requirements
- Maintaining an up-to-date and detailed CRM to build and manage meaningful report with your leads
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies and contribute to overall business improvement, internal processes and compelling sales and marketing ideas
- Successfully onboarding of new clients and our project team
What you'll bring
- You will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in lead generation through a variety of methods and sales strategies, ideally in an agency environment.
- You would have a sound understanding of how to value sell in brand and technology services to meet business objectives
- Ability to create/interpret business cases and clearly pitch recommendations to senior client stakeholders (eg. CEOs, Marketing Managers, Digital Managers etc)
Competency levels
- Mastery in planning and organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
- Mastery in client-facing (verbal) and written communication skills
- Mastery in analytical skills including project budget analysis and pipelines
- Strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Competent with IT, relevant industry tools and software
- Conduct professional development as required to maintain proficiency
- Ability to manage issues and risks
- Capacity to manage project demands and work-related stress
