We are looking for an experienced and strategic sales professional with a team focus and strong skills in the areas of B2B business development and account management. The successful candidate understands how to communicate and build meaningful relationships internally and externally, as well as growing their portfolio.

We are looking for

  • Experience as a BDM, Account Manager or IT Consultant
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet KPI’s
  • Ability to develop strong positive relationships with peers, customers and suppliers
  • Technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of data and fixed voice products
  • Experience in working in the IT/telecommunications industry
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and solutions-focus consulting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer-oriented, able to work autonomously and under pressure
  • A positive attitude and a pro-change mindset

 
Your responsibilities
  • Identifying potential new customers, presenting solutions and converting them into our client’s customers
  • Developing new customer relationships and onboarding to create new revenue streams
  • Business development and planning by attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences
  • Growing the business by sustaining monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients
  • Finding potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Developing proposals that resonate with the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Resolving objections and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Proactively re-contracting services, presenting new products and services and enhancing existing relationships whilst preserving margin in order to maintain customer retention and churn minimisation
  • Managing an allocated portfolio of accounts
  • Increasing revenue of the portfolio by cross-selling and providing exceptional service to clients
  • Proactively holding quarterly strategic account review sessions to identify new opportunities
  • Forecasting new service revenue and keeping the sales pipeline up to date in real time
  • Proactively holding monthly meetings with customers to review any issues, cases and escalations
  • Providing client issue mitigation, solution selling and product implementation/optimisation
