to join a

Global Software business

who service the

Facilities Management

space. Their experience and innovations in the industry help organisations to manage their sites and facilities effectively to help to minimise risk, drive down cost and to look after their bottom line.

Our client is looking to expand their ANZ operation and are looking to hire a Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients within the Mid-Market Space.

About the role:

  • Relationship management of clients to maximise customer retention and upsell additional software and services.
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets by identifying and meeting the needs of customers with additional software and/or services.
  • Conduct product demo’s and presentations to educate on platform and suite of solutions to Facility Managers, C-Suite and IT Departments of Multi-Site Organisations
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, services and support) to ensure outcomes are delivered for customers.
  • Sales reporting and data management within the CRM.
 About You
  • Highly organised, structured key account manager with experience of face-to-face meetings, planning, problem solving and follow up.
  • Experience of selling Software / SaaS into the Facilities Management Space or Selling SaaS solutions into Mid-Market space
  • A technical aptitude to enable communication of technical software concepts to non-technical people.
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to present, problem solve and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Client centric with strong relationship building skills and ability to gain customer loyalty.
  • Sales focused, target driven with proven success in client retention and renewals.
  • Team player who can build successful relationships with internal teams to deliver results and solve problems for customers.
