About The Role

We are actively seeking the talents of an innovative and engaging individual to join our Global Petroleum business in this part-time / job share capacity of Manager Project Services.

Working three days per week, this 12 month fixed term contract position presents a terrific opportunity for an experienced Project Services Professional, seeking a greater degree of work/life balance, to draw upon their previous industry experience and drive results within this high performing team environment.

With a large portfolio of both operated and non-operated projects to support, in addition to a focus on closure liability, this role will provide project leadership and drive direction in the provision of key Project Services.

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Key focus on value optimization, capital efficiency and productivity improvements for projects
  • Working closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Managing the appropriate allocation of central resources to support project outcomes
  • Supporting monthly reporting cycle and annual CAP (Corporate Alignment Planning) process
  • Facilitating workshops as and when required


About You

To be successful in this role you will be an extremely collaborative and goal oriented professional with high level influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. You are incredibly results focused with a demonstrated track record driving successful business outcomes.

In addition, we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:
  • Degree qualified in a related discipline ( Eg. Engineering, Business, Finance )
  • Analytical and detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Solution focused with the ability to work well under pressure
  • An agile thinker with the desire to collaborate with others to achieve results
  • Previous experience within an Oil & Gas or mining Project Services environment


Location

You will be based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning office tower - ‘City Square’. You will have stunning river views from your modern open plan office, state of the art facilities including virtual whiteboards and video conferencing facilities, 550 bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers and change room amenities and a large outdoor terrace with barbecues.
