JOB DESCRIPTION
Hastings Deering has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join the Procurement team at the Archerfield, QLD office. This is a Permanent - Monday to Friday role.
You will support the Procurement function to meet compliance with Group Procurement Policy and Authorities through vendor onboarding, vendor compliance (insurance, system and invoices), audit and reporting.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure all vendor documents and approvals meet compliance requirements.
- Ensure all insurance document match correct entity details.
- Ensure all insurance document are in line with type of supply and exposed risk.
- Ensure all contracts and Rapid Global records match source of truth.
- Audit invoice compliance in line with Purchase Order terms and conditions.
- Audit Purchase Order naming conventions in line with invoice details.
- Undertake diligence tasks such as vendor categorisations and removal of duplicate vendors.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Proven experience in Compliance and a Compliance related position is essential.
- Experience in a procurement function, specifically with vendor compliance, management and onboarding is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the development of controls, policies and procedures.
- Previous experience with Procurement Systems Safety.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or Procurement or a related discipline would be desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) with a customer service focus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
