We are seeking applications for the duty manager roles, who have a passion for customer service, a desire to lead and manage, and an enthusiasm for hospitality. Successful applicants will be guided to manage a team of staff and run a highly popular Chocolateria cafe. You will be measured on your commitment to succeed, extraordinary customer focus and a proven ability to coach and mentor.

Key responsibilities once trained will include:

· Day to day operation of the Chocolateria

· Assisting in recruiting, training and leading our team

· Ensuring exceptional customer service

· Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe

· Ensuring compliance with all OH&S and San Churro product standards

· Manage a team of 3-7 people.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

· Experience in the Hospitality industry, must be in a position of responsibility

· Barista experience

· Ability to work various shifts over 7 days and late nights

· A customer focused approach

· Drive to create a fun working environment
