COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough including Rural Facilities
Exciting opportunities exist for highly motivated Fire Safety and Security Officers to join the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) and support our organisation and broader community in the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 200,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
Exciting opportunities exist for highly motivated Fire Safety and Security Officers to join the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) and support our organisation and broader community in the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics. To provide an effective, efficient and safe support service to staff, clients, and visitors within the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics. Implement, maintain and evaluate security procedures that provide security for personnel and the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic facility building.
Mulitple Temporary Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) from date of appointment up to 30th September 2021 with the possibility of an extension.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). For further information regarding TB please visit Queensland Health website: Tuberculosis
