Opportunity
Due to fast growing client demand, we are looking to grow our current Sydney Team by recruiting a Business Development Managerto join the fast-paced Information Technology Division.

The specialist consultants within the team focus on the recruitment of specific technology verticals including, Project Services, IT Sales & Architecture.

Your Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • The provision of general business development and business revenue generation within the technology markets. Working with existing and new clients for their technology project on-hire staffing needs & project management.
  • Managing the end-to-end IT project needs of clients, with a strong focus on developing and establishing client relationships.
  • Proactively managing and maintaining client and people relationships.
  • Pre-screening client project technology requirements and establishing a project team to complete and exceed our client expectations.
  • Business Development and securing the right to work on relevant client projects.
  • Negotiating terms of business with clients whilst consistently striving for 15% + or higher of project or candidate salaries.
  • Achieving set targets and generating at least the minimum of the quarterly threshold of fees.
  • Obtaining a sufficient amount of client projects to ensure monthly targets are achieved.
  • Promoting the Firms services and capabilities to all markets in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Any other duties considered to be reasonable within the business development profession focusing on IT services and technology projects.
  • On site assessments of the project teams, business process assessments, work flow assessments of project teams on client sites.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in recruiting professionals within the IT market
  • Ability to write suitable ads that would generate and attract candidates
  • Expectational customer service and business relationship building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients
  • A proven track record of achieving consistent month to month revenue and business generation
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working
