JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Part-time 15 hours per week
  • Located at Shepparton reporting to the Service Manager
  • Responsible for analysing data, identifying improvements and maintaining the quality management activities and systems in accordance with Mercy Health’s Aged Care policies and procedures
  • Ensure quality documentation is maintained according to standard and support organisational readiness for external accreditation processes
  • Champion and encourage our people to continuously review and improve work practices

ABOUT YOU:
  • Demonstrated skills and experience with implementing quality management systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance and quality improvement
  • Ability to influence and encourage staff to adopt a quality improvement culture while operating in a team environment
  • Possess superior communication skills and the ability to undertake quality audits to identify weaknesses and strengths
  • Dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents and take reasonable care to protect fellow staff in the workplace
