The Revenue Control Coordinator will be responsible to

  • Control and analyse the accuracy of quantity shipped on each vessel and port
  • Control and analyse the quality of applicable charges for the customers.
  • Ensure applicable Agency local charges are manifested.
  • Analyse and control the quality of applied rates
  • Manage and control the agency late modifications
  • Manage that all issued ANL bills for a period are controlled.
This is a 9-month fixed term role.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience :

  • Unlimited working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship or permanent residence).
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce.
  • Strong computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation will be an advantage
  • Well versed in Revenue control tools and applications
  • Proficiency in sourcing data from various domains and formats for integrations.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Attention to detail to ensure that reports and documents are accurate
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Well developed communication skills - both written and verbal.
