Whilst we primarily service the Toll Group, we also partner with external customers in our offering of complete solutions for both blue and white collar casual recruitment. 

Toll People are in a fortunate position where we are actively recruiting for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Sydney Olympic Park office. These roles offer the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, culturally diverse and highly successful business that has a clear strategy for future success.

To be a part of this innovative and collaborative organisation, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive experience in recruiting for a broad spectrum of warehouse and logistics roles, with an emphasis on High Reach Forklift and LO Operators
  • A high level of client and candidate management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict compliance standards
  • Qualities in problem solving through diverse circumstances
  • Sound time management skills
  • A collaborative and strategic approach to continuous improvement
  • A mindset of being safety obsessed

About the role:

  • Bulk/volume recruitment (casual labour hire)
  • Ensuring candidates and clients have a positive experience with Toll People
  • Candidate selection against job criteria and using contemporary interviewing techniques
  • Building available talent pools of “on call & available” candidates to satisfy current and future client needs
  • Daily roster management of “on call” candidates
  • Managing your administrative and compliance to high standards
  • Ensure inputs into our FastTrack360 system are accurate, compliant and in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Daily interactions with internal and external customers
  • Building positive internal associations with our payroll and account management functions
  • Genuine and informative safety discussions with your candidates ensuring that their safety is always front of mind
