About the Role
An opportunity has opened up for a Customer Service Officer, within our Customer Service Immunisation team, based in Preston. This team resolves immunisation general enquiries, information and bookings. This role is offered as a fixed term full time position (approx 3 1/2 months).

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide verbal and written information to customers regarding immunisations
- Provide a superior level of service by responding to, and resolving, customer queries in a timely manner – within a contact centre environment
- Data entry and administration
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in a fast paced contact centre environment
- Enjoy meeting key performance indicators
- Proven experience in delivering a superior level of service
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry skills
- Highly organised, having the ability to multi-task
- Experience in contributing collaboratively to a team environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English language
