About the Role

An opportunity has opened up for a Customer Service Officer, within our Customer Service Immunisation team, based in Preston. This team resolves immunisation general enquiries, information and bookings. This role is offered as a fixed term full time position (approx 3 1/2 months).

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide verbal and written information to customers regarding immunisations
• Provide a superior level of service by responding to, and resolving, customer queries in a timely manner – within a contact centre environment
• Data entry and administration

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in a fast paced contact centre environment
• Enjoy meeting key performance indicators
• Proven experience in delivering a superior level of service
• Excellent communication skills
• Data entry skills
• Highly organised, having the ability to multi-task
• Experience in contributing collaboratively to a team environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English language
