Position Summary:
The Command Centre Coordinator will operate as part of a dynamic and response Command Centre to respond and action issues that are accepted by the COVID-19 Vaccine Command Centre.
The COVID-19 Vaccine Command Centre will operate across 7 days to ensure the vaccination rollout is being delivered smoothly and provide the central contact point for vaccine-related service requests and issues, with a triage and rapid response function for health services and government stakeholders. Its focus will be on monitoring operational activities, providing data and reporting, addressing arising issues, incident management and ensuring vaccine hubs are appropriately supported by the Victorian Department of Health.
Note: successful applicants will work across a 7-day shift roster. Applicable penalties apply.
