About The Opportunity!
As the CRM/Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall strategy and day to day operations of membership, loyalty, and CRM campaigns across 5 brands. Excellent communication skills are essential as the role requires the candidate to work collaboratively with Digital, IT, Marketing, and Retail teams and effectively communicate with GM’s and other key stakeholders.

Please notethis is a stand alone role and requires hands on expertise to not only create the strategy, however execute the initiatives required. Detailed reporting across all loyalty and membership aspects will also be expected.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Mapping new and existing CRM programs and journeys identifying areas for improvement
  • Development and optimisation of customer lifecycle strategies focusing on acquisition, retention, reactivation across all channels
  • Use insights, data and expertise to implement a personalised lifecycle marketing framework
  • Manage Loyalty and CRM platforms, liaising with partners to achieve best usage of platforms as well as troubleshooting when necessary
  • Champion CDP (customer data platform) throughout the business and use to analyse and execute marketing segmentation
  • Develop new and optimise existing data driven testing across loyalty initiatives
  • Analyse campaign performance to further improve future initiatives
  • Manage customer data and ensure data integrity
About You:
With 3+ years of previous experience in a Loyalty and/or CRM role you are naturally data-driven, with the ability to pro-actively conduct analysis and translate findings into commercial action and success. You have served as the in-house data expert on loyalty initiatives and have solid customer orientation, understanding of the customer lifecycle, and how insights and customer strategy drives experience!
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline;
  • 3+ years experience working with CRM/Loyalty, ideally in digital/retail;
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Mailchimp, Lexer, Apparel21, Salesforce an advantage);
  • Advanced EXCEL skills;
  • Strong Project Management and communication skills;
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and experience in influencing cross functional teams to deliver agreed outcomes;
  • Managing the process from objectives and briefing to strategic and creative evaluation, production and measurement.
  • Digital marketing automation experience;
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate;
  • Strong commercial / ROI focus;
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
