Located in Melbourne CBD, the Workplace Relations Advisor will join the business on a permanent basis to provide efficient IR/ER advice and guidance across the business.

Reporting directly into the Head of Workplace Relations, your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the point of escalation for any complex ER matters.
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners to develop ER/IR Capabilities, empowering them to manage end to end investigations.
  • Interpreting awards and EBA’s and providing guidance to employees and managers.
  • Support the HR Business Partners with the upcoming EBA negotiations, providing support and guidance when necessary.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and modern awards.
To be successful within this role, you will bring:
  • Experience working within a similar Workplace Relations/ER position.
  • In depth knowledge of Australian Employment Law legislation.
  • Prior experience interpreting awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Exposure to working on EBA negotiations would be advantageous.
