We are currently seeking motivated, committed, and reliable people for a range of factory positions for our client; situated 40kms North West of Bendigo in Bridgewater on Loddon. If you have a passion for the industry, capable of achieving deadlines and the right attitude, this is the job for you.

The successful candidate(s) will be starting as casual on-going, with the potential to be offered full-time permanent positions.

Packing and Production:

• Production line and pick-packing.
• Machine operation.
• Willing to do repetitive heavy lifting of up to 25kg.
• Forklift driving.
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Be prepared to learn and adhere to the OH&S requirements.
• Understand and execute verbal/written/printed instructions.
• Liaise with warehouse and other factory staff.

About You:

• Must be available for day, afternoon, and nightshift.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and reliability.
• Possess a reliable method of transport and a current driver’s licence.
• Must be able to work in a team and autonomously.
• Physically fit and capable of a hard day’s work, as some roles may require repetitive heavy lifting.

Proven experience in a factory or industrial environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
