They are offering a flexible work from home/office choice, hours to suit your lifestyle and attractive salary package, but they are also looking for a high level Executive Assistant who is able match their top tier client's needs and expectations.

The role requires an EA with first class organisational and communication skills to provide exceptional administrative support and take on a range of responsibilities from the practical day-to-day tasks to more complex business functions and development for 20 hours per week.

You will need to be able to work autonomously and alone for some of the time. Best of all you will have the flexibility to manage your hours to create a work life balance. Multitasking is the key to be able to deal with the demands of a business that will involve your input and experience.

Your busy and varied day will include the following:

  • Managing of all product development (Manuals, Guidelines, Presentations, Proposals) content given.
  • Use of Power point for presentations
  • Extensive Diary management, travel arrangements etc
  • Screen and evaluate telephone calls, emails, external meeting requests etc
  • Use of internal systems to extract data and provide a variety of reports
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, and perform basic duties such as filing, banking etc
  • Managing the social media would be an absolute bonus

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar high level role in a busy and complex environment
  • Strong diary and task management skills
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office and reporting skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement
  • High-level planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a warm and caring environment.
