Utilise your excellent service skills to assist with enrolments of students at CDU.
We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We’re not about tradition or legacy, privilege or exclusivity. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We’re about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. We cannot build a new world without diversity of thought, so we bring together people with unique perspectives in an inclusive and supporting learning environment to help them connect, discover and grow. This is the CDU difference.
As Enrolments Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a range of enrolment services for the University and will deliver excellent customer service and advice to students regarding enrolments. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the University you’ll ensure enrolments are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
To be successful you require relevant experience in an administrative or customer service based role, preferably from within the education sector or another highly regulated industry. You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex processes and regulations in a clear and concise manner.
