Our Client
This is your exclusive opportunity to join a fast growing real estate and property management company located in the hussle of Perth’s CBD, where you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business as their licensee.
Your New Role
As the licensee you will not only be the first point of contact for the business, but the backbone and support of the office. The variety of tasks will see you overlook the whole customer experience for their valued clients, including:
- Administrative support to the business, including the preparation of all sales related documentation, solicitor, exchange and settlement follow up.
- Open, manage and maintain the trust account.
- Liaise with vendors and purchasers, tenants and landlords to ensure they are receiving quality real estate services.
- Manage monthly reporting, payment to landlords as well as payment of outgoings.
About You
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
- Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence is essential
- Prior experience as a licensee or senior administrator within a real estate
- Proven capability of managing trust accounts and business finances
- A high attention to detail; and
- A strong ability to work autonomously and lead a small team
