The Executive Assistant is accountable for the provision of quality secretarial, clerical, administrative, research support services incorporating decision making and a proactive approach in order to provide an effective level of management of the Executive Director’s office and committees and working parties. The role will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive information management service including undertaking research and compilation of data, to the Executive Director, monitoring that policy and procedures, standards and customer service principles are applied in the delivery of administration services.
The role will also manage the day to day requirements of the Executive Director’s office to ensure smooth operational function.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
