Our client, located in Melbourne's south east, have multiple positions available for experienced collections officer's to work in their customer contact centre within the financial services side of their business. On offer are long term contracts in a high volume, fast past environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inbound/ Outbound calls to customers relating to collections or hardship
• Negotiate the collections of outstanding accounts
• Responding to incoming correspondence via email and mail
• Updating all correspondence and have accurate file action notes for all customer interactions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in collections or hardship contact centre environment
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide appropriate outcomes
• Ability to meet daily KPI's
• Understanding of credit policies and procedures
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
