JOB DESCRIPTION

torquejobsare seeking Belt Splicers and Rubber Liners for regular shutdown work with some of Australia’s biggest mining companies!

What is on offer:

  • FIFO from Perth.
  • Regular and ongoing shutdowns available for suitable candidates.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Paying up to $66 per hour based on stie.
  • 12-hour days with option of day or night shift.
  • Various shutdown clients across multiple FMG, BHP, SINO, TELFER, KARARA, RIO, ROY HILL AND BODDINGTON SITES.
  • Opportunity to work for some of Australia’s biggest mining companies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years Mine Site Shut Down experience
  • Belt Splicers - Level 2 & 3 desirable.
  • Working at heights ticket.
  • Confined Space ticket.
  • Basic Tools.
  • Fit, strong and able to work in remote and hot conditions.
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screening.
