The Graduate, Workforce works under general direction and exercises initiative and judgement and contributes to the delivery of a broad range of human resource management services which target current and future organisational needs. This requires working with business leaders and/or line managers to assist in the identification and achievement of shared organisational objectives which supports in the areas of recruitment and selection, classification and position management, employee relations, training and development, HR compliance, organisational development, Work Health Safety and redeployment.

The Graduate, Workforce supports the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions within services across the designated Directorate(s) in order to drive continuous improvement, performance and accountability and a culture that assures the achievement of the organisational workforce goals and objectives.

The Graduate, Workforce assists the Manager, Recruitment CALHN to provide support to Executives, Directors and Senior Managers which contributes to the achievement of SA Government, SA Health and CALHN strategic goals and priorities.

As a member of the broader Workforce team the Graduate assists in the identification of business risks and provides administrative support to the team.
