Our busy Orderly Department is seeking to employ experienced Orderlies.

This customer service focused role encompasses all aspects of patient care to very high standards. We require staff that take pride in their work, have an eye for detail and are aware of the importance of Hospital cleanliness and hygiene. The role includes Patient assistance and transfers, the use of lifting machines and bed movers, Bed making and cleaning, rubbish and linen removal

This position requires any amount of physical activity and walking.

Selection Criteria

• Previous experience as an Orderly / PCA / PSA preferred
  
• Experience in a busy Hospital environment
  
• Understanding of Manual handling procedures
  
• Good time management skills
  
• Excellent Customer service skills
  
• Flexibility and adaptability
  
• Available for on-call shifts
