The Opportunity

A fantastic opening for an individual with direct exposure to the industrial property sector. Secure a role at Assistant Development Manager level (c. $130k + bonus) with an international property group for their Australian industrial platform.

The position is open to individuals with around 5-10 years of experience, strong financial acumen, and a general nouse in all aspects of management and coordination of enquiries for industrial development.

A background in valuation, property analysis, property management, leasing, or transactions, as well as development, will be considered.

The role will suit an individual who has the ability to communicate well, build relationships with internal colleagues (planning, design, construction, marketing, etc), and the external market (agents, valuers, consultants).

The business has a significant portfolio of land to unlock. Working under two experienced General Managers your core activities will be taking enquiries from the market running through the front end process of development - feasibility, appointing & managing consultants, pulling together ongoing development reports for monthly project leasing, tracking market data.

The enquiry will include new business from fresh tenant/customer groups, as well as the expansion of development pipeline with existing tenant/customers.
