The Role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes and day to day procedures run smoothly, and deal with any complications that may arise for the team.

Duties Will Include
  • Being first point of contact for phone lines and visitors
  • Sending proposals and assessments
  • Supporting a team of 6
  • Managing day to day operations of the team
  • Working with various clients
  • General administration
  • Assisting with HR processes such as onboarding
This is a permanent opportunity based in the Northern Beaches, paying $65k $75k package. A February start is ideal.

The Company

Our client is an accredited building certifier and building regulator based in Sydney's Northern Beaches. They work across a range of asset classes and projects, including mixed-use, hotels and train station upgrades. They are looking to grow their team in 2021.

The Candidate

The Successful Candidate Will Display The Following
  • 3 - 5 years' experience as an Office Manager
  • Previous experience working in a town planning, architecture, certification or property firm
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients over the phone and face to face
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of commercial property projects desirable
