This is a very exciting opportunity to join an established and growing off grid power solutions provider in South Australia to introduce a new winning sales culture and grow the business nationally.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Introduce a winning sales mentality, KPI’s and culture to the business 
  • Manage existing clients across oil and gas
  • Drive new business across the mining and water sectors
  • Help expand the business nationally and put a strategic sales growth plan in place
  • Be an empowering and motivating leader of the sales team and drive the recruitment strategy
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close
  • Passionately promote the business’ values, product features and benefits in your assigned territories building long-lasting relationships 
  • Understand current market conditions, threats and new opportunities to create sales and revenue growth 
  • Challenge existing sales processes to improve profitability and success
  • Work independently with excellent management support

Skills & Experience:

  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset 
  • Strong networks nationally in mining, water, oil & gas, agriculture to hit the ground running
  • Successful technical sales track record and sales leadership experience 
  • Passion for technical sales and new business generation with a genuine hunter mentality and great work ethic
  • Knowledge of off grid power solutions and power generators (preferred) 
  • Driven, loyal, ambitious, inspiring and reliable personality 
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Availability to travel nationally
