We have several unique opportunities for motivated executive assistants, personal assistants, and legal secretaries to join our clients growing team. These exciting roles will provide you with experience across a variety of areas. This role would suit an experienced legal assistant with a minimum of four years' experience in a similar position.

These exciting career opportunities have come up for proactive and friendly Legal Secretaries, EA's, and Personal Legal Assistants who are wanting to join their well-managed and successful CTP / WC / WID / OL / TPD / Superannuation /Corporate and Commercial and Disputing Wills and Probate Teams. Working closely with their Solicitors, they are looking for people who can provide excellent legal and administrative support on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will be working in their friendly modern offices located in the heart of the CBD.

Your duties will involve:

  • Managing and scheduling diary appointments
  • Liaising with clients
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • General file management
  • Billing
  • Diary management
  • Organising conferences

The successful applicant will have:

  • A can-do and positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be organised.
  • A passion for helping people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft work
