As a Customer Strategy & Experience Senior Consultant inthe Government & Public sector your impact will be seen by:

  • Working as part of a team to support projects and analysis that bring the voice of the customer to the centre of our client’s business. Providing insights, analysis, and impactful communications to help leaders strike a balance between delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing operational efficiency
  • Working with policy, data, technology, and workforce teams to support the development of business cases and executable implementation plans that drive commercial, social, and economic outcomes.
  • Championing benefits-led transformation, with a clear view of how long term transformation and short term innovation can improve the customer experience.
  • Bring interest and experience in leading customer centric work practices, such as agile project management, user centered design, service blueprinting, channel/product management and storytelling.

About you 

You have at least one year experience at a large organisation or consulting firm, aligned to customer-centred growth or front office transformation including channel management, B2B sales improvement, service effectiveness, mass channel performance including contact centre and retail service improvement; with skills in capturing customer insights and using these insights through analytics to provide meaningful and actionable recommendations and experience design. You have proven ability to apply strong technical capability to complex problems, including analysing large data sets, articulating insights, designing process and operating model, operational effectiveness and financial acumen. You can deliver on client outcomes and team objectives across complex front office transformations or growth programs. You also have advanced report writing skills in word documents and powerpoint slides.

You must be an Australian citizen and eligible to hold an AGSVA issued security clearance.
