About The Role

The CPHB Infection Control & Staff Health Team is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong management/leadership skills and experience to rollout and coordinate the provision of a COVID-19 Vaccination Service. The position is a temporary full time position.

Main responsibilities of the COVID-19 Vaccination Program Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, ongoing oversight and evaluation of the COVID-19 Vaccination Service which will be established onsite (Calvary Public Hospital Bruce).

The Infection Control & Staff Health Team At Calvary Public Hospital Bruce Is Seeking a Highly Motivated Registered Nurse Who Demonstrates

  • The principles of work place equity, safety and injury prevention in work practices and interactions with patients, medical practitioners, visitors, contractors and other Calvary employees and clients;
  • Exemplary service to all customers (staff and clients/patients);
  • Compliance with clinical and corporate governance principles of quality review as they relate to Departments’ work practices;
  • Ability to assist the Infection Control and Staff Health Department Manager to achieve all accreditation standards & criterion as outlined in NSQHS Standard 3;
  • Mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary’s values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect.
