We are currently seeking a QHSE Leader to work for a reputable mid-size engineering consultancy firm who work with blue chip clients and provide a complete service from design inception/early planning right through to construction on a range of well-known civil projects.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role that requires a self-starter who can work autonomously and likes to do a wide variety of work.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide QHSE leadership to management, office and on-site contractors
• Deliver, monitor and implement the QHSE System to ISO 9001/45001/14001 and AS4801
• Quality - understand customer expectations and maintain and improve quality control - client case correction and prevention
• Pre-Qualifications - QHSE for clients
• Incident Investigations and Corrective Actions
• Managing the Company Risk Register and SWMS / SWI
• QHSE Alerts and noticeboard
• HSE Toolbox talks
• Daily Pre-Start meetings
• Site Inspections
• Training to process and instructions / records management
• Training Matrix and Training Plan / Managing Certificate Traineeships
• Compliance Reporting and Leadership
• Managing SKYTRUST - company QHSE system and NCR/OFI and Action Register
  

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years QHSE experience (preferably from either Civil or Construction)
• Ideally Degree qualified or diploma
• Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable but not essential)
