The Role Of Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for direct client retention and growth through the introduction of new products and services & net new business activities. This portfolio will include critical Public Sector accounts throughout WA.

This Role Is Responsible For

Account Development by consulting with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that improves the value delivered by Gartner's products and services

  • Account management of 6-10 accounts with outcome of increased engagement and thus retention
  • Quota responsibility of $1 million + of contract value within a territory of Large Enterprise Public Sector clients
  • Adoption of Gartner’s sales methodology & process
  • Accurate forecasting on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis

Requirements
  • Track record of success & high achievement in a sales environment selling to c-suite or senior leaders
  • Experience in consultative sales and/or technology environments are highly advantageous but not essential
  • The ability to prospect and influence C-level and senior level relationships
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive & sales acumen
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (C-level)
