Trust and Risk brings this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience.

As a Governance, Risk and Controls Manager in our Trust and Risk team your impact will be seen by:

  • Partnering with clients to help them mitigate the risks they face, by developing internal audit and risk management strategies to strengthen their existing controls and processes
  • Assisting clients improve their fraud risk controls and enabling contract assurance and to achieve better commercial outcomes
  • Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding their objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environments
  • Helping clients navigate an evolving risk landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these to clients in an impactful way


About you

You have a background in forensic governance, risk and controls with an accounting background (preferably chartered accounting qualified or near qualified) and are skilled in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies, holding an understanding of the commercial issues facing businesses and how to influence client conversations.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Risk Assurance team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.
