The Role
Reporting into the Service Administration Manager and based in Townsville, the Service & Deployment Administrator will be responsible for a diverse range of administration and service functions. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have experience in a similar role. They will also have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast growing business.
The Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities will include a diverse range of administration and service functions:
- Coordination of Service Technicians
- Responding to customer service calls & bookings
- Management of site access bookings
- Management of travel bookings
- Raising service calls and purchase orders
- Administration support for various regions
- Business reporting where required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar customer service based role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Financial competency
- Ability to work under pressure
