Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. The program is active in 25 countries and has offices in 7 countries, the Head Office is based in Indooroopilly, Brisbane. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Casual Data Entry Assistant to join our team.

The Role

The Data Entry Assistant is responsible for the following:

· Accurately recording all required data into the system within required timeframes

· Printing and mailing training certificates

· Administration duties

· Scanning and archiving

· Deal with requests relating to data and certificates

· Relief reception duties

· Recommend possible improvements to the data entry process

· Communicate with the data management team and other key stakeholders

The Person

To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and experience:

· Accurate and efficient data entry skills

· MS Office skills – including Word and Excel

· Familiarity with in-house systems or databases

· Experience working in office administration and reception

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong organisational skills

· Team player

This role is initially a casual position with up to full time hours. The role provides the opportunity to learn about the way Triple P operates within a friendly and supportive environment.
