iCustomer is considered the number one Advisory Service for finding customers the right experts to meet their financial needs. We have been a leader in the financial services industry since 2007.

We have a major database of over 1.7 million people in Melbourne alone and from this database we create warm leads for outbound phone contact.

We have highly skilled and trained appointment setters, that work rather like advisors, finding out the customers need through a highly scripted process and making appointments to the right experts from our panel of experts.

We have our own lead generation Call Centres that create qualified leads from out database and we utilize highly sophisticated reporting tools to monitor and enable the Sales Coach/Team leader to use this reporting to identify opportunities. We are about to adopt an social media marketing campaign which will complement our successful outbound lead generation program.

The purpose of this role is to confirm appointments that have been set by our Telephone Appointment setter/Advisors and coach the Advisors to improve their performance. You will be in charge of the already successful scripts make changes and update the objection handling ensuring all advisors are able to answer any customer objections. We do not cold call and these appointments are made from leads provided by our call centre.

You are a motivated an individual that is determined and persistent to reach set objectives.

  • You will exceptional telephone selling skills;
  • You will have demonstrated coaching of sales Telephone staff;
  • Ability to develope call guides from lead generation;
  • Management of 6+ Appointment setters(Senior advisors);
  • Daily, weekly & monthly KPI reporting and management;
  • Monitoring and management Contact Centre reporting;
  • Performance management against set appointment Setters target;
  • Improvement and monitoring of staff performance.
  • Working with CRM’s in an outbound environment;
  • Have experience in an Outbound Contact Centre;
  • Working with CRM’s in an outbound environment;
  • Experience in property or finance is advantageous;
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating sales staff;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously;
  • Training and development of new and existing staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75000 Base and incentives which will see your salary over $100,000. This is negotiable for the right person.

Experience:

A successful user of the telephone yourself and the ability to motivate phone sales staff.

You will have successfully demonstrate an understanding of Contact Centre Technology.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to coach and mentor outbound salespeople.

You will be self-motivated and be able to manage up and understand the importance of using the data results to change the process to enable ongoing success.

Work Remotely or in the Office:

The office is based in Preston, but flexible to work from home. It will be expected that working from the office will be required as part of the role.
