About the role

Are you passionate about delivering a positive customer experience? Do you thrive on owning and resolving issues when things don’t go to plan? Great, because we have full time, part time and casual positions available and one of them could be yours!

In this role, you’ll see yourself juggling a number of responsibilities. You’ll:

Create sales orders and payment links for customers and ensure pay links are actioned
Work collaboratively with stores to ensure incomplete sales are picked-up or delivered in a timely manner
Utilise available resources to provide assistance and advice to customers based on CREATE sales model
Provide customers with timely responses to telephone-based requests and effective resolution of complaints
Ensure all activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with particular emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate the effective resolution of customer issues as required

Sales team members will continue to be eligible for commission, subject to the terms of the Commission Program and achievement of KPIs.

About you

If you poses any of the following, then we want to hear from you!

a proficient understanding of retail store operations and capability to use the telephone system to drive sales;
broad product knowledge;
a deep understanding of how to use POS, agency portals and SolvUp to create/retrieve sales, repairs in line with TGG standard operating procedures;
excellent communicate skills;
an ability to work collaboratively across the business to achieve a great outcome for our customer.
